Return to Samantha Brann via email (sbrann@hscstrafford.org), fax (953-0066) or mail (652F Central Ave, Dover, NH 03820) along with a copy of your health insurance card (this is not a requirement, but the class is accredited through the NH Fire Academy and is a request of the Fire Academy for insurance purposes). NH State Police Criminal Background Check
Please complete the NH State Police Criminal Background Check and return it to the Strafford County Citizen Corps. Do not send directly to the NH Division of State Police. The Strafford County Citizen Corps will pay the fee to process the check.
